Morale will have an effect on your team's performance on the field.
You can change this by winning and losing matches; win and morale goes up, lose and morale goes down.
Club morale is affected by who you beat. Win against a demoralised team and you won't gain as much as if you win against a successful, high morale team.
You can also hire Sport Psychologists who will also have an impact on morale.
They will try and keep morale up when losing and keep morale in check when your team is surpassing your greatest expectations.
